B. Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by valid Proof of Purchase documents such as the order confirmation email for online purchases.

C. Consumer Guarantees

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description/sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

D. Additional Information
Consumer Guarantees returns: the original shipping fee will be refunded for refund requests only and the return shipping fee will be paid by EAG. Exchanges will be posted free of charge.
Credit Card Purchases: If you purchased your products using a credit card, and you are eligible for a refund, any applicable monies will be processed to the card used to purchase the product.
PayPal Purchases: If you purchased your products using a PayPal account, and you are eligible for a refund, any applicable monies will be processed to the PayPal account used to purchase the product.

If the requirements in this policy are not strictly complied with (for example, a product is returned because you believe and have indicated that it is faulty and we later determine it is not faulty) we will be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange relating to the returned product.
